What we collect

Information you give us through our contact form, by email or phone: name, organisation, contact details, property or premises address and details of your enquiry. During assessments we collect measurements, photographs and, with consent, information about the occupants relevant to the assessment.

Why we use it

To respond to enquiries, carry out and report on assessments, manage our contracts and meet legal obligations. Our lawful bases are contract, legitimate interests and, where applicable, consent.

Sharing

Our contact form is processed by Formspree. Reports are shared only with the client who commissioned them and anyone they authorise. We do not sell personal data.

Retention

Enquiry data is kept for up to two years; assessment records for six years after the report, unless a longer period is required by law or contract.

Your rights

You may ask for access, correction, erasure or restriction, and may complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).

Cookies

This site sets no tracking cookies. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which may log your IP address.
